cost of printing and postage (especially outside of the UK) is excesive.

Write asking for ' Toxic Tooth Talk ' to the address below,
Please send £6.50 and enclose an A4 65p S A E inside an envelope which has a 44p
stamp on it as this is the new postage cost weight wise and especialy if more than 5 mm
thick.(If you only fold the A4 envelope once then you may get away with normal first
class postage but if you fold it too many times so as to squeeze it into a tiny envelope
then it will be more than 5 mm thick and so will cost me a surcharge at my end and so
please then either stand on it for a while (recomended to me via a post office) to make it
much flatter or put a 44p stamp on it.(For future ref : Please do not stand on your post
anytime if you are sending eggs through the post but it may be a good idea for broken
biscuits and please when its my Birthday do not send me a card with a badge on it or I
will have surcharges at my end,unless of course you wish to stand on it to flatten it first
and if its a musical card then please tread on it very lightly) Thanx. Pam.
