HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK ALONE
Let's say it's 6: 15 p. m. and you're driving home (alone of course), after an unusually hard day on the job. You're
really tired, upset and frustrated.
Suddenly, you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to radiate out into your arm and up into your
jaw.
You are only about five miles from the hospital nearest your home; unfortunately you don't know if you'll be able to
make it that far.
What can you do? You've been trained in CPR but the guy that taught the course neglected to tell you how to
performit on yourself.
Since many people are alone when theysuffer a heart attack, this article seemed to be in order.
Without help, the person whose heart stops beating properly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10
seconds left before losing consciousness.
However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be
taken before each cough.
The cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. And a cough must
be repeated about every 2 seconds without let up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally
again.
Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating.
The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm.
In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.
Tell as many other people as possible about this, it could save their lives!

trouble with any of these tasks, call 9-1-1 (or 999 for UK) immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.
After discovering that a group of non-medical volunteers could identify facial weakness, arm weakness and speech
problems, researchers urged the general public to learn the three questions. They presented their conclusions at
the American Stroke Association's annual meeting last February. Widespread use of this test could result in prompt
diagnosis and treatment of the stroke and prevent brain damage.

HOUSE FIRE FROM FRAGRANT PLUG INS.
The original message was written by a lady whose brother and his wife learned a hard lesson this past week. Their
house burned down..nothing left but ashes.
They have good insurance so the house will be replaced and most of the contents. That is the good news.
However, they were sick when they found out the cause of the fire. The insurance investigator sifted through the
ashes for several hours. He had the cause of the fire traced to the master bathroom. He asked her sister-in-law
what she had plugged in the bathroom. She listed the normal things....curling iron, blow dryer. He kept saying to her,
"No, this would be something that would disintegrate at high temperatures".
Then her sister-in-law remembered she had a Plug-In, in the bathroom. The investigator had one of those "Aha"
moments. He said that was the cause of the fire. He said he has seen more house fires started with the plug-in type
room fresheners than anything else. He said the plastic they are made from is THIN plastic. He also said that in
every case there was nothing left to prove that it even existed. When the investigator looked in the wall plug,the two
prongs left from the plug-in were still
in there.
Her sister-in-law had one of the plug-ins that had a small night light built in it. She said she had noticed that the light
would dim and then finally go out. She would walk into the bathroom a few hours later, and the light would be back
on again.
The investigator said that the unit was getting too hot, and would dim and go out rather than just blow the light bulb.
Once it cooled down it would comeback on.
That is a warning sign. The investigator said he personally wouldn't have any type of plug in fragrance device
anywhere in his house. He has seen too many places that have been burned down due to them.

Recently a new green grocers shop opened in my area.
The owner said that he only sells fruit and veg that are in season as he has seen what happens to fruit and veg in
this country when shops are trying to sell everything all the year round.
He has seen the dark tunnels where air is kept away from the food so as it doesn't perish and chemicals are pumped
in to it to preserve it for longer. Some foods are around 4 years old. Gosh ! That really made me think !

reason why they would.
So who do we believe folks? If you've suffered from mercury poisoning and know that people can be poisoned
from the mercury leaking from fillings but there are others saying that mercury (which is a poisonous toxic waste) will
not harm us, then people who have not been affected by this will probably never believe it.
Only all those millions of us who have had our health ruined from the mercury will know that this is true.
So when it comes to other items such as soft plastic etc, we are more cautious than others who have never been
affected by such things aren't we.
I will leave it up to you to make your own decision as to the truth in the above statements

He said that hard plastics are better than buying things in soft plastic containers, and Hal is a man of the world.

The film 'Kinky Boots' was filmed in Northamptonshire, where I live.
It was inspired by a shoe firm who were losing orders because of cheaper imports.
The shoe factory in Earls Barton were having to make people redundant but then came up with the idea of making
ladies shoes that would be strong enough for a man to wear.
The film is based on a true story but with some fiction thrown in which makes it a very enjoyable film to watch.
It was very sad though to know that once upon a time Northampton was a thriving shoe industry which didn't deserve
to go under. My good wishes to Steve Pateman and his Father who have still managed to keep their business going
even through all the rough times.

Beethovan lived a lonely life. He suffered illnesses, unpredictable rages and suicidal thoughts and shut himself
away from others. He remained single all of his life and moved 80 times in 35 years.
He was composing the 'piano concerto' when he realised that he was totally deaf and could not hear what he was
playing. This is why there is a slower piece played part of the way through,although that has made the music more
interesting.
Beethovan became very ill and weak after being caught in a Thunderstorm in 1826 and staying in a very cold place.
He died in Vienna on March 26th 1827 and a young boy took a lock of his hair to remember him by.
The Autopsy showed that Beethovan suffered from such things as Liver Disease,Kidney
Stones,Jaundices,Intestinal Pain,Abdominal Bloating and that the nerve ending to the brain was restricted.
Beethovans lock of hair has travelled around various countries over the years.
In 1883 Ferdunado Hiller in Cologne looked after Beethoven's hair and gave it to his son in 1885.
A Dr. Flemming received the hair from an unknown person in 1943 after helping 80 refugees and it was then kept
in a fishing village in Gillelje in Denmark until 1969.
It has been to Copenhagen in Denmark.
In 1994 it was auctioned to two Americans.

Studies were undertaken at the University of Chicago and also at the University of Arizona where Bill Meridith found
many Heavy Metal Toxins in Beethoven's hair. Lead was the main Toxin (thought to be from lead pipes,spa drinking

Arsenic in his hair.
Scientist Dr.William Walsh from the Health Research Institute, Stateville Prison, Illinois looked into why convicts were
violent,even though they came from really loving homes and found that the hair of well known serial killers,such as
Henry Lucus was full of Heavy Metal. He concluded that convicts had Medical Problems.
Beethoven's wish was that one day they would find out what had made him ill and give him changes in personality
for most of his lifetime.I am sure that he would be pleased if he knew that at long last an answer has been found.

Cancer News from Johns Hopkins:
1. No plastic containers in microwave.
2. No water bottles in freezer.
3. No plastic wrap in microwave.
Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army
Medical Center. Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells
of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.
Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this
health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in
the microwave using plastic containers. This applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high
heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body.
Instead, he recommends using glass, Corning Ware or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same
results, only without the dioxin.
So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in
something else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass,
Corning Ware, etc.
He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper.
The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.
Also, he pointed out that Saran wrap is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As
the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food.
Cover food with a paper towel instead.

OOPS ! Who say's the camera's never lie ?
Police laser gun's recorded a WALL that was travelling at 44MPH.
Oh well,it will just have to have 3 points put on its licence like the rest of us.
I wonder if it will pay by credit card or write a cheque out for the fine ? The mind boggles !
And as for the EMPTY ROAD that was travelling 33 MPH.(Maybe we don't need to put petrol in our cars anymore,if
the roads are moving for us). What a good idea !
A PARKED CAR was clocked at 22 MPH and a BICYCLE was recoded at 66 MPH when it was doing just 5 MPH.
The 'Daily Mail' investigated and proved without a doubt that the laser gun is unreliable.(re:sat oct 15th 2005).
If you've been caught on camera and you are fed up with other cars getting so close that you have to exceed the
speed limit to get away from them, then go to the bottom of my Home Page for details of how to get a 'CAUGHT ON
camera' car sticker. So that other cars will pass you instead of trying to get into your boot.

Police laser gun's recorded a WALL that was travelling at 44MPH.
Oh well,it will just have to have 3 points put on its licence like the rest of us.
I wonder if it will pay by credit card or write a cheque out for the fine ? The mind boggles !
And as for the EMPTY ROAD that was travelling 33 MPH.(Maybe we don't need to put petrol in our cars anymore,if
the roads are moving for us). What a good idea !
A PARKED CAR was clocked at 22 MPH and a BICYCLE was recoded at 66 MPH when it was doing just 5 MPH.
The 'Daily Mail' investigated and proved without a doubt that the laser gun is unreliable.(re:sat oct 15th 2005).

SILICON-INDUCED CONTRACTURE SYNDROME
Can Silicon Dioxide be partially responsible for massive increases in Electro Sensitivity and be instrumental in the
Illuminati’ s programming of human beings?
Silicon Dioxide would be more easily recognised by many people as being Quartz Crystal. I find this interesting –
and worrying – because quartz has been used for thousands of years to ‘connect with intelligences outside of the
human body’. Silicon Dioxide is revered for its ability to transport electromagnetic fields over a wide frequency
range, which is why it is used extensively in the communications industry, mobile phones, computers and thousands
of other electronic devices. Quartz acts as a receiver, holder and transmitter of energy/information and is used
because it is stable, or more correctly reliable.
Perhaps the questions we should be asking are: Why are we being encouraged to consume large amounts of
Silicon Dioxide when the body cannot do anything but store it? Also, by increasing the amounts of Silicon Dioxide in
the body, just what type of communication are we unknowingly opening our selves up to, and from what and whom?
Could this enable the human body, on a subliminal level to pick up and hold onto energy/information broadcast
externally; information or even ‘programming’ that somebody else wants us to receive? Additionally, could this
intake of Silicon Dioxide explain why, recently, we have had a tremendous increase in the number of people
suffering with Electro-sensitivity (ES)? Do these quartz crystals pick up, store and share
radiation/energy/information from phone masts, DECT cordless telephones and the multitude of other WI-FI
equipment in use today? As that is what quartz crystals are renowned and used for, then I believe the simple
answer is yes!
Could the ingesting of Silicon Dioxide also have some underhand correlation with the massive increase in mobile
phone masts being erected everywhere? Masts that emit microwave radiation; the same radiation that can just
happenchance be used to modify, influence and even control human mood and behaviour? Not forgetting the other
electronic devices that the Elite have at their disposal to influence and control people too. Are we being subtly set
up to become automatons; merely puppets to believe in, serve and obey the secret rulers of the world? Is this all a
part of the Elite’s desire for a New World Order, One World Government, One World Religion – in effect, total
control over, and obedience from, the populous? Are we literally being broadcast into ill health? Or is this just
another paranoid conspiracy theory?
Could this theory also explain, say, rheumatoid arthritis, where the body seemingly attacks itself? It is possible yes,
because if these microcrystalline structures migrate to say the joints of the hand, then pick up unnatural man-made
frequencies from our external environment, then the biophysical reaction would be to send frequencies to the area
to bring the ‘imbalance’ back into balance. This would be on ongoing reaction. Because biophysical actions control
biological/biochemical processes, then it follows that the immune system could likewise, eventually, send its troops
to the area to sort out a problem that didn’t actually exist on a biological level. Unless the microcrystalline structure
itself was causing a problem that is.
Does fluoridation of our water supplies tie in with this ‘theory’ and could it be part of the same agenda to control
us? Apart from fluoride being the foundation for many of our prescribed tranquillisers and anaesthesia drugs, it is
plausible, yes. So, apart from fluoride turning us into non-caring, glaze-eyed, dozy zombies, making us easier to
programme through intelligences from outside of the human body, are there any other possible implications here?
Fluoride – hydrofluoric acid – attacks silica and silica is a vital element in the construction and the workings of the
human body. This could have serious repercussions for bone density – increasing the numbers of people suffering
from osteoporosis. This chemical reaction of silica with hydrofluoric acid produces silicon fluoride, and if this reacts
with potassium – which is also replete in the body and vital for cellular communication and health – then it could
produce potassium fluoride, leaving behind amorphous silicon, which just happens to be a microcrystalline
tetrahedron, the same crystalline tetrahedron we find in Quartz crystal – aka silicon dioxide – leaving us even more
prone to receiving intelligences from outside of the human body! Can we see a pattern building up here perhaps?
Silicon is described as follows: carbon is to the living world what silicon is to the non-living. This is very interesting
because if we look at this whole subject from a more spiritual perspective, would the increase in the body’s ability to
communicate with intelligences outside of the human body increase our communication with the astral reality? After
all, they are constantly communicating with us to try and control us and they are the non-living part of creation. An
astral reality controlled by the astral lords, a domain of entities, lost souls and thought forms. Could Silicon Dioxide
also explain why we seem to have many thousands of people ‘channelling’ information today, compared with say
only fifty years ago? Information channelled from intelligences outside of the human body that may well turn out to
be, in whole or in part, purely astral – or illuminist - in origin, and not spiritual or divine as this intelligence would
otherwise have us believe.
In view of the feasibility of the foregoing and the implications this could have on our spiritual future, perhaps now is
the time, more so than ever, that we should begin to seriously question and examine fully any information we may
receive directly and indirectly from any external source or person. Unless we do so, how can we possibly begin to
know where the information has come from, who is responsible for its’ transmission, and whether or not it is true or
astral-illuminist propaganda to deceive and control us all over again?
However, this is only my personal, and controversial take on how ingesting Silicon Dioxide may affect us and leave
us open to influential communication, on a subtle level, from external agenda-driven sources.
